Abstract

This bachelor work deals with the sorting problem of a moving sectional handling equipment unit. In the first part of the work the attention is paid to different versions of the moving units and their usage. Of these versions one final solution has been suggested. In the following parts the suggested engineering design of the moving unit has been presented, taking into consideration important traversing parameters. The moving unit is driven centrally by an engine equipped with gear-box. The drive is actuated by means of involute fluting. The unit consists of a case and cover which enclose the traversing wheel in between. The wheel is mounted on the shaft by means of two bearings. This bachelor work then presents a complete engineering design of a moving handling equipment unit and its assembly drawing.
