Abstract
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyse competition wine shops in Ostrava Poruba. In bachelor thesis are compared the six selected wine shops between themselves. The research was realized by using the method of Mystery Shopping. The author focuses with this method to three specific parameters. These parameters are parameter of the establishment, employees and goods. The wine shops haven´t done bad in the final evaluation. However, each of them lacked something in the individual assessment.
