MIKL, L. Rationalization of Injection Molding Production in the company FORNAX, spol. s r.o .: diploma thesis. The subject of the diploma thesis is the rationalization of production and the design of a new production technology of the injection molding core. Mold components for tech-nical rubber with a focus on the complicated core of the mold in the specific production conditions of the company FORNAX, when after a general analysis with the manufac-turer of molding tools, a requirement arose for the production of the core, which is by nature designed for 5 axes. osémráběcích centra at FORNAX. The first part of the di-ploma thesis focuses on the introduction of the company and the characteristics of the provided industries. The second part deals with suitable machining strategies used in CAM systems. The third part of the work belongs to the description of selected machine tools that participated in the overall production of the core and the mold itself. The next part of the work deals with the design characteristics of the core and a detailed explana-tion of the production. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the complete design of a new production of the mold core, new drawing documentation and a new technologi-cal process.
