Abstract

The main goal of the master´s thesis is evaluation the accuracy of production of tested samples made from 316L stainless steel, which were produced by additive technology (SLM). Some of these samples were affected by temperature cycles due to the high stress tension of the internal structure of the samples after additive production. In the next process, all the samples were machined by WEDM technology to determine whether the stress tension decreased and contributed to more accurate production. The first part of the master´s thesis is based on the theoretical basis of 3D print technology of metallic products and WEDM technology. The second part of the master´s thesis summarizes the results of measurements and analyzes the geometry accuracy of the test samples and the conclusions for the assumption of the usability of these sequential processes in practice.
