Abstract
In multimedia computer graphic, as well as geographical information systems, detects problem on terrain rendering. Terrain object can be represented by very extensive regular/irregular triangular network (TRN/TIN), as well as high maps. In both cases object can contain millions triangels. This thesis handle with rendering terrain represented by high map using optimization technology level of detail.
