Řešení napjatosti a deformací při tažení výtažku z tenkého plechu za použití brzdicích žeber

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is concerned with solution of stress and strainat drawing of stamping from thin sheet. Technologies, which are conceivable in the production of stamping, are defined in the introduction. Experimental evaluation of formability of used sheet is described below. Shape and size of blank were engineered by three methods (methods according to ČSN 22 7303, methods using trajectories of maximum shear tensions and methods using BSE model in DYNAFORM 5.2 programme for design of blank) and these methods are consequently compared. On account of the results was performed final suggestion of production technology and economic analysis, which technology of stamping production is optimal for given part.
