The topic of my thesis is the comparison of variants of ceiling construction multifunctional building. This is a partial basement building with three floors that has a flat roof. This object is a combination of residential and commercial spaces. The entire building is designed from construction system Porotherm. For variant comparison the ceiling construction was chosen over 1st basement ceiling. Material version A was labeled ceiling Porotherm formed out of Miako inserts bricks and ceramic concrete ceiling beams. As a material variant B was chosen precast - monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling plate Filigree and material variant C is a variant of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling joist. Comparison of these ceiling structures is assessed depending on the thickness of the the ceiling construction, weight, financial remuneration, duration, consumption of formwork, consumption of concrete. Part of comparing variant solution of the ceiling construction is also resolved in detail terraces of free space. Heat technical expertise and the necessary degree of insulation of the structure will be addressed to all the material variations. For each individual variants will be developed technological procedure of realization of the construction.
