Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the design of hydraulic system of the front superstructure of the small excavator, which is driven by skid. In the thesis, the options of speed regulation of eject of the pisten rod of the cylinders and the ways of their control are described. According to the evaluation of these possibilities, one system is selected and handled in detail. The design of the hydraulic is influenced by the need of multipurpose use of the machine and by others requirements. The result of the thesis is the scheme of the hydraulic circuit. The individual designed components are indicated there and they are made according to the type and the dimensions of the front superstructure. The scheme of the hydraulic circuit is demonstrated by the assembly sketch of the attechment of the individual hydraulic motors. The end of the thesis is dealing with the evaluation of the laboratory measurement, which checks the main function of the real circuit.
