Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with a project of production technology process of the pan by drawing from sheet-metal with use of PAM-STAMP software. The introduction of the thesis describes the assembly of the pan for the preparation purpose of concrete and it shows a concept and assessment of possible alternative technology. The thesis compares several alternatives of stainless steel and its impact on the process of sheet-metal forming. The shape of the pan is assessed from the point of view of manufacturing technology rules. Suitable size and shape of the sheet-metal plate are designed and compared by several methods. The simulation is performed in PAM-STAMP software, thickness of the pan is assessed and its deformation is shown in the FLD diagram. The final technological procedure is demonstrated in the conclusion together with the cutting plan for 100 pieces of the product and the appendix shows sheet-metal tools.
