Návrh racionalizace výrobního procesu v podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na návrh racionalizace výrobního procesu. Jedná se o výrobu lyžařského obutí, konkrétně montáž samotné boty. V teoretické části jsou popsány časové studie zabývající se snímkováním pracovního dne a pracovních operací. Hlavní část diplomové práce se zabývá výrobními procesy, podrobněji montážním procesem při výrobě lyžařské obuvi. Závěr práce zahrnuje vyhodnocení dané problematiky.

The master thesis deal is focused on the rationalization suggestion of the production process. This is the production of ski footwear, namely shoes assembly itself. The theoretical part describes the time studies of the imagery of the work and work operations. The main part of the thesis deals with the manufacturing processes, detailed assembly process for the manufacture of ski boots. The evaluation of given problems is comprised in the conclusion of my thesis.
