Abstract
Dissertation consider mathematical simulation of the process squirting forming by the tool ECAP in 3D area and also progresses of simulation for CONFORM process. First chapter concerned search piece of knowledge and know-how in development of simulation with sight on technology making use of multiple plastic deformation. In the practical part of the dissertation was been made mathematical simulations of forming and was been assignment of deformation and tension size for alloys AlMn1Cu and AlFe1,5Mn. For simulations was been bring to bear software QForm. In the next chapter of dissertation is introduced new tendency of development in the sphere of forming tools construction for technologies of multiple plastic deformations in the first and multiply forming operation. Another part of this dissertation is concerned with CONFORM process and in this part is occupy by simulation of squirting process with Al alloys. In the final part of dissertation are submitting data evaluations of the mathematical simulation technology ECAP by program QForm.
