Abstract

Diploma thesis describes the process of employee recruicment and selection. First part of the thesis contains theoretical possibilities employee recruitment and selection. Second part contains analysis of existing process in production company based on previous knowledge. Main task of thesis is recommendation of proposals to improve existing process of vacant positions filling in Armatury Group a.s. with regrets to financial and time capacities of this company. Proposed recommendations are impulse of modern trends in traditional personnel management application. These applications will improve existing process.
