Technologický postup výroby součástí vyráběnou aditivní technologií LPBF

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the structural optimization of the brake lever of the ČZ 250/513 motorcycle, which transfers force from the foot pedal to the expander shaft of the braking mechanism. The aim is to design an optimized version of the lever using modern software tools, specifically through topology optimization and generative design methods. The work includes load analysis, definition of boundary conditions, and the application of design algorithms. The resulting shapes and mechanical properties of both approaches are compared. The final outcome is a redesigned brake lever optimized for production using LPBF additive manufacturing technology, with emphasis on functionality, weight reduction, and the application of modern design principles.
