Abstract

The aim of the architectural design of the study is set in the form of residential low-rise building housing the principal function. The proposal is situated in the locality in Prague district Sedlec. The proposed amendment of the zoning plan for the site requires the conversion of industrial to a new residential district, which follows the extraordinary appreciation potential of the territory. The primary step of the urban survey. Sloping land has potential as an interesting view of the landscape and along with its location and offers ideal conditions for peaceful family living. The architectural design includes 15 apartment buildings with a total of 100 apartments, 18 two-storey nettle comprising 36 residential units, 9 half of residential houses with 24 apartments upstairs and services on the ground floor.
