Návrh manipulátoru pro diagnostiku a čištění výměníků tepla

Abstract

Master thesis focuses on design of manipulator enable to diagnostic testing and cleaning of heat exchangers. The introduction shows contemporary technological capabilities of cleaning and describes heat exchanger. There was created list of requirements and design solutions was made. Value analysis shown most suitable design solution. The next part elaborates on the final solution which is consist of laser sensor, and water pressure cleaning. There was designed manipulator which is capable of automatic cleaning and long cleaning under water. There was drawn technical documentation of chosen parts and created 3D model of the manipulator in program PTC Creo.
