Návrh řezných podmínek pro obrábění silonu z hlediska utváření třísky na obráběcím stroji EMCO

Abstract

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to determine the optimum cutting conditions for machining nylon PA6, both in terms of the chip and the roughness of the surface. The measurements were performed on a machine tool CNC EMCOturn, which is equipped with a control system MIKROPROG S. The first part is an assessment of the current state and familiarity with the extension of this machine tool control system. In another part of the work is devoted to properties of the machined material and parameters defining the surface roughness. Finally, work is to determine cutting conditions based on experimental measurements and the results suggest how the problem can be solved in the future.
