Příprava a organizace sportovní akce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze managementu a organizace vybrané sportovní akce, konkrétně Ostravského univerzitního basketbalového derby. Tuto událost pořádá spolek Uni Events z. s. V teoretické části, zaměřené na vymezení základních pojmů, byly definovány stěžejní oblasti jako sportovní management, marketing, řízení sportovní akce a získávání finančních prostředků. Praktická část se podrobně zaměřila na rozbor přípravy samotné akce, zhodnocení jejího finančního zajištění a společenského i charitativního přesahu. Následně byla provedena důkladná analýza personálního zajištění a organizační struktury. Pomocí metod osobního rozhovoru s organizátorem a SWOT analýzy byl objasněn cíl práce. Byla identifikována slabá místa organizace a následně byla navrhnuta patřičná doporučení a návrhy pro budoucí ročníky.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the management and organization of a selected sports event, specifically the Ostrava University Basketball Derby. This event is organized by the Uni Events z. s. association. In the theoretical part, which focuses on defining basic concepts, key areas such as sports management, marketing, sports event management, and fundraising were defined. The practical part focused in detail on the analysis of the event preparation, the evaluation of its financial provision, and its social and charitable impact. Subsequently, a thorough analysis of the personnel provision and organizational structure was carried out. Using the methods of a personal interview with the organizer and a SWOT analysis, the aim of the thesis was clarified. Weaknesses in the organization were identified, and appropriate recommendations and proposals for future editions were subsequently formulated.
