Abstract
The thesis addresses the evaluation of the quality of austenitic claddings produced using laser cladding technology for industrial applications. The first part of the thesis is focused on a general description of laser technology and its classification, including an overview of its applications in industrial manufacturing and an assessment of the current state of laser welding and cladding technologies.
The experimental part of the thesis is dedicated to the macroscopic and microscopic analysis of claddings, including the evaluation of their macrostructure, microstructure, hardness, and microhardness. These assessments are conducted with the aim of providing a comprehensive conclusion about the quality and reliability of claddings produced using laser cladding technology.
This thesis provides valuable insights into the reliability and quality of austenitic claddings created using laser cladding technology for industrial applications.
