Personální aktivity v podniku Dura Automotive Systems CZ, s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vybrané personální činnosti a následně navrhnout úpravy dle moderních metod řízení lidských zdrojů. V úvodu diplomové práce je uvedena ekonomicko-technická charakteristika podniku. V dalších kapitolách jsou představeny moderní teoretická východiska týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů. Detailněji jsou vysvětleny teoretické pojmy týkající se personálních činností ve vybraném podniku. V praktické části jsou analyzovány vybrané personální činnosti a na základě srovnání s doporučenými teoretickými postupy jsou navrženy podniku úpravy jednotlivých oblastí. K analýze personálních činností je použit sběr dat pomocí interních dokumentů, řízený rozhovor s vedoucím oddělení lidských zdrojů a dotazníkové šetření se zaměstnanci. Na závěr je navržen postup k odstranění nalezených nedostatků.

The thesis aims to analyze the specific HR activities and subsequently propose adjustments according to modern methods of human resources management. At the beginning of the thesis is presented economic and technical characteristics of the enterprise. In following chapters we are introducing modern theoretical outcommes related to HR management practices. Those are explained in details as part of the theoretical concept. Related to personnel activities in selected company. In the practical part we have analysed selected HR processes and based on comparison of teorethical processes we have recomended to the organisation best practisses in each individual areas. The analysis of HR activities are data collection using internal documents, guided interview with the head of human resources and employee survey. Finally, it is proposed a procedure to eliminate the idenficiencies.
