Abstract

The content of this thesis is to get acquainted with the complete procedure of the single-purpose product designated for assembly of the headlamp subassembly. This product is meant for assembly lines where he would be as off writing this thesis physically tested. In the introductory chapter I have dedicated space for a short acquaintance with today´s products and single-purpose machines used for construction in the car industry. The following chapters are aimed at specific products from assignment to final realization, when the main focus will be put on choosing pneumatic actuator, their sensors and driveability. After choosing the suitable components have moved to designing the mechanical construction, where it will be necessary on the product motherboard. The complete solution and placement can be viewed in attached assembly drawings. The construction nodes that are described in the thesis are only more demanding nodes requiring further calculation. In the last chapter you are able to see pictures of the functional product and his adjustments based on physical tests.
