Měření spokojenosti zákazníků ZUŠ

Abstract

This thesis deals with measuring customer satisfaction of primary art school. Specifically, it measures the satisfaction of Primary Art School in Vsetin. First, the school itself is characterized as to the organization and operation, and from the perspective of internal and external environment. After a theoretical explanation of the measurement process, analysis is made of artistic satisfaction in selected school using a questionnaire survey. Satisfaction of students and alumni is measured only. After evaluating the survey results there are many suggestions and recommendations offered.
