Testy keramických řezných nástrojů Greenleaf na materiálu C45 na simulátoru přerušovaného řezu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářská práce jsou zkoušky keramických řezných nástrojů na simulátoru přerušovaného řezu. V úvodní části je popsáno použití a rozdělení řezné keramiky. V další části je přehled zkoušek při přerušovaném řezu, výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých druhů. Dále je popsán průběh testu, vyhodnocení a grafické závislosti výsledků. Při zkouškách byl sledován počet rázů, které destička dokáže vydržet. Pro testy byl zvolen tzv. lištový test. Testovány byly keramické destičky od americké firmy Greenleaf. Vybrány byly dva druhy destiček a to WG-300 a GEM7. Jako obráběný materiál byla zvolena ocel C45 (dle ČSN 12 050).

The objective of this bachelor thesis tests of ceramic cutting tools with an interrupted cut. The introductory section describes the use and distribution of cutting ceramics. The next section is an overview of tests of interrupted cutting, the advantages and disadvantages of each species. The following describes the test procedure, depending on evaluation and graphic results. The test was monitored by the number of shocks, which plane can resist. For the test was chosen puff pastry. Tested were ceramic plates from American corporation Greenleaf. Were chosen two types of plates WG-300 and GEM7. As the machining material was chosen steel C45 (according to ČSN 12 050).
