Návrh přípravku pro měření opotřebení vyměnitelných břitových destiček

Abstract

The topic for this thesis was created from a request for the laboratory of Department 346 of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering on the VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a device for measuring the wear rate of replaceable cutting inserts (RCI) and its complete drawing documentation. The work is focused on the analysis of the RCI, the design of the device structure and the solution for tilting the setting plane for the desired geometry according to the given RCI. The technological procedure for the production of all designed components is also written down in the thesis. At the end of the thesis, an economic evaluation of the proposed design of the device structure and its production is presented.
