Abstract

TEPLÍČEK, Martin. Posouzení možnosti výbuchu při obrusu pneu ve společnosti Barum Continental s.r.o. Ostrava, 2018. 50 s. Bakalářská práce. VŠB – TU Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství. Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením výbušnosti gumárenského prachu, který vzniká při obrusu pneumatik v rámci opravy vady. V důsledku vzniku prachu existuje na pracovišti potenciální nebezpečí vzniku výbušné atmosféry. Hlavní částí této práce je stanovení požárně technických charakteristik, jimiž jsou minimální iniciační energie, minimální teplota vznícení prachu v usazeném a v rozvířeném stavu, dolní mez výbušnosti a maximální výbuchový tlak. V závěrečné části jsou výsledné hodnoty posouzeny z hlediska výbuchu na pracovišti dokončovny.

VŠB – TU Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering The Bachelor thesis deals with the assessing of the explosivity of rubber dust arising from the tire grinding as part of the repair of the defect. As a result there is an potential risk of an explosive atmosphere at this workplace. The main part of this thesis is determination of fire-technical characteristics, such as the minimum initiation energy, the minimum ignition temperature of a settled dust and of a whirled up dust and lower explosion limit and maximum explosion pressure. In the final part, the resulting values are assessed in terms of explosion at the grinding workplace.
