Zhodnocení zákaznického portfolia makléřské společnosti

Abstract

This thesis characterizes a company SATUM CZECH s.r.o., explains basic concepts of insurance, organizational structure of the company and selected economic indicators. Customer portfolio of selected brokerage company is evaluated in the practical part of this thesis. A total of 4 235 customers is evaluated by using a Pareto analysis, segment of 60 key clients are evaluated more specifically. In the conclusion of the thesis are proposed recommendations for optimilazing existing processes related to a care of important clients.
