Aplikace metod technické diagnostiky na technologii pro zpracování vápence

Abstract

This thesis deals with several different issues that can be encountered during practical work in field of technical diagnostics or vibration analysis. Main topic of the thesis is detailed vibration analysis of raw material mill used for limestone processing. The process of determining the technical condition of the machine is described in detailed way. The procedures of different measurement methods including special methods such as ADS are explained thoroughly. An alternative topic is to demonstrate creation of an semi-automated measurement protocol in order to display the possibilities of using simple programming for the purpose of technical diagnostics and to show practical use of widely available AI tools to ease the technician’s work and expand his capabilities.
