Porovnání odchylek a materiálové vlastnosti 3D tisku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním odchylek a materiálovými vlastnostmi 3D tisku. Je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní principy a přehled metod 3D tisku. Dále jsou zde také shrnuty materiály a jejich vlastnosti, které jsou používány k samotnému tisku. Experimentální část se zabývá hodnocením výtisků zhotovených na 3D tiskárně HP Jet Fusion 540 a následným porovnáním s konvenčním obráběním. V této práci jsou navrženy a vytištěny zkušební výtisky a je na nich provedeno hodnocení se zaměřením na rozměrovou přesnost.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of deviations and material properties of 3D printing. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part summarizes the basic principles and overview of 3D printing methods. It also summarizes the materials and their properties that are used for the printing itself. The experimental part deals with the evaluation of prints made on the 3D printer HP Jet Fusion 540 and subsequent comparison with conventional machining. In this work, test prints are designed and printed and an evaluation is performed on them with a focus on dimensional accuracy.
