Změna technologie lisování kontaktů na technologii svařování ultrazvukem

Abstract

The content of this thesis is describing technology of ultrasonic welding, its distribution and application in practice, required devices and their description, and comparison with other technologies of material bonding. In experimental part, it was dealing with the welding samples of electrical contacts and their testing. On samples was performed adhesive test and comparison samples from Metallographic test. Finally, this thesis showed as calculation economic profitability of a new method of bonding the tested contacts.
