Návrh technologie výroby výtažku z plechu s využitím MKP

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deal with use of finite element method for designing of formed element. The first part describes the existing technological process of component production. Next part focuses on the experimental evaluation of the used material formability. In next step is software DYNAFORM 5.2 used for simulation of drag outs process for the proposed blanks designed by various methods. In the final part is examined the analysis of the stamping from the sheet-metal part. On the basis of all results the recommendations are proposed, which lead to the rationalization of existing stamping production technology.
