Abstract

While electricity can be considered the best kind of energy because of transformability, thermal energy is considered to be less valuable because of the limited possibilities of use.Electrical energy can transform almost without any loss of other forms of energy such as mechanical energy, while thermal energy conversion is technically difficult and can be carried out only partially.Nowadays great efforts to save energy, because they are used cogeneration equipment that allow joint production of electricity and heat in addition to greater efficiency than if there was a production of heat and electricity together.
