Vliv parametrů obrábění na profil tvrdosti vybraných materiálů

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the influence of machining parameters on hardness of surface coating of the INCONEL 718 material. The first part is focused on nickel superalloys, their characteristics, utilization and subsequently on their machinability.In the next part, I dealt with methods of measurement of hardness and microhardness, followed by description of regularity of effect of cutting conditions on hardness of selected material as well as the utilization of the analytical MSA device. The second part is concentrated on calibration of the measuring device, followed by measurement on specimens and evaluation of the results through the use of the MSA. In the final part, I implemented measurement on workpieces which are machined by diverse cutting conditions. Eventually, the measured hardness is compared to the cutting parameters.
