Abstract

The submitted diploma thesis deals with issues of the Human Resource Management (HRM) in the selected company which a detailed focus on education and employee professional development. The main objective of this thesis is the analysis of the education and professional development system in the selected company and through questionnaire investigation to determine employee satisfaction with company education. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which provides basic theoretical knowledge in the field of human resoource management and education. The practical part includes a brief description of the selected company – CSOB, exactly analysis of employee training and development, the results of empirical research and test hypotheses satisfaction. In the thesis conclusion evaluates an established system of education and the possible proposals for action, which should help to increase the satisfaction and use of information collected on educational activities.
