Zahradní houpačka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zahradní houpačky pro tři osoby. První část práce obsahuje rozdělení možných řešení a typů konstrukce. Z této části je vybráno jedno řešení, které je dále zpracováno detailněji. V práci jsou uvedeny potřebné výpočty a kontrola stěžejních částí konstrukce. Konkrétně jsou to: návrh a výpočet nosné konstrukce, výpočet tažné pružiny, kontrola svaru závěsu, kontrola otlačení v otvoru pro pružinu, kontrola stability proti převrácení a kontrola na vzpěr. Součástí práce je výkres sestavy houpačky a výrobní výkres pružiny.

This thesis deals with design of garden swing for three people. The first part includes the distribution of possible design solutions and types. From this section a solution is chosen, which is further elaborated in detail. The paper presents the necessary calculations and control of key parts of the structure. Specifically they are: the design and calculation of the structure, the calculation of tension sprint, verification of weld coupling, verification of bruised in the hole for the spring, stability against overturning and control the buckling. An assembly of swing and a production drawing of spring are attached as a part of thesis.
