Abstract

Intention of this diploma thesis is based on a comparasion of acquired theoretical knowledges and analysis of the current state of the process of recruitment and selection in organisation Elkop Ltd. follow such proposals and recommendations that would eliminated the existing short comings and to improve this process. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledges of recruitment and selection of employees. At the beginning of the practical part is characterized company Elkop Ltd. and then is described the process of employee recruitment and selection in this organisation. The informations was obtained in personal consultations with the HR Assistant and with top manager and on based questionnaire-based research. In analyze have been identified certainly deficiencies of the process of employee recruitment and selection in this organisation, and that is why was brought in proposals and recommendations, which that could help to remove this process efficiency.
