Získavanie a výber zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je na základe porovnania nadobudnutých teoretických poznatkov a analýzy súčasného stavu procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov v organizácii Elkop s.r.o. vyvodiť také návrhy a doporučenia, ktoré by odstránili existujúce nedostatky a zefektívnili tak tento proces. Teoretická časť diplomovej práce obsahuje teoretické východiská získavania a výberu zamestnancov. Na začiatku praktickej časti je charakterizovaná organizácia Elkop s.r.o. a následne je opísaný samotný proces získavania a výberu zamestnancov v tejto organizácii. Informácie boli získané prostredníctvom osobných konzultácií s personalistkou a top manažérom a na základe uskutočneného dotazníkového šetrenia. Pri analýze boli zistené určité nedostatky procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov v tejto organizácii, a preto boli navrhnuté návrhy a doporučenia, ktoré by mohli pomôcť tento proces zefektívniť.

Intention of this diploma thesis is based on a comparasion of acquired theoretical knowledges and analysis of the current state of the process of recruitment and selection in organisation Elkop Ltd. follow such proposals and recommendations that would eliminated the existing short comings and to improve this process. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledges of recruitment and selection of employees. At the beginning of the practical part is characterized company Elkop Ltd. and then is described the process of employee recruitment and selection in this organisation. The informations was obtained in personal consultations with the HR Assistant and with top manager and on based questionnaire-based research. In analyze have been identified certainly deficiencies of the process of employee recruitment and selection in this organisation, and that is why was brought in proposals and recommendations, which that could help to remove this process efficiency.
