Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with implementation of a totally productive maintenance management system in the company as Ostroj. The introduction defines the method totally productive maintenance and present the different steps that are necessary before implementation. Analyzing the current maintenance status in society and analyze the machinery that the company is considered a weak point of manufacture. On selected machinery implements a totally integrated system maintenance. The implementation eliminates the narrow places of production, by increasing the level of maintenance, reducing costs and time delays. In conclusion there is an overall evaluation, including economic background.
