Abstract
This work focuses on customer satisfaction of Travel Agency. Work is acquainting reader with Travel Agency Jiří Kalousek, microworld, makroworld of Agency and marketing mix of service. Aim of this work is to determine a level of customer satisfaction with services of the Travel Agency. For this purpose, a questionnaire was drawn up. Owing to results from the questionnaire, proposals and recommendations were drawn up.
