Měření spokojenosti zákazníků s fitness centrem

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the customer´s satisfaction with services of the fitness center FIT STUDIO STAR and according to the information to propose steps to improve the quality of provided services, communication with customers, extension of services and investment to future developement. The research was conducted by a survey. The work is divided into seven parts, the first part is devoted to the introduction, the second part deals with the theoretical basis of customer satisfaction. In the third part fitness centers in the Czech Republic are characterized and fitness center FIT STUDIO STAR is presented. Next section considers the methodology of data collection. The fifth part contains an analysis of the research results. In the sixth part there are suggested solutions to improve fitness center services in order to retain existing customers and reach new ones. Seventh part is devoted to the final summary of the bachelor thesis.
