Abstract

The master thesis deals with the issue of introducing a direct supply system in the company. The aim of the work is to optimize the supply system. In the introduction I deal with the definition of supply. Furthermore, by introducing the company in which the supply is optimized. I also deal with the classification and management of stocks, followed by an analysis of the supply system according to selected methods. At the end of the work I identify shortcomings in inventory management and propose optimization changes in the supply system.
