Návrh pohonu turasového hřídele skládkového stroje

Abstract

ZUFALÝ, J. Návrh pohonu turasu hřídele skládkového stroje. Ostrava: katedra výrobních strojů a konstruování, Fakulta strojní VŠB-Technická univerzita Ostrava, 2009, 39 s. Bakalářská práce, vedoucí Jurman, J. Bakalářská práce se v úvodu zabývá skládkovými stroji. Dělí je podle účelu a konstrukcí, popisuje metodiky zakládání hromad. Dále pak na základě mechanických a fyzikálních parametrů dopravovaného materiálu analyzuje podmínky práce shrnovacího řetězu stroje SCk 2,5/13x18. V dalším bodu jsou zhodnoceny návrhy pohonu turasu hřídele tohoto skládkového stroje. Koncepční návrh pohonu již obsahuje kromě výpočtů, i uložení hnacího hřídele turasu do převodové skříně. Na základě výstupních otáček hnacího hřídele je zpracován průběh rychlosti a zrychlení turasu.

Bachelor's thesis at the beginning of dealing with stockyard machine. Divided according to purpose and structure, describes the methodology for basing of lodgement. Furthermore, based on the mechanical and physical parameters of the transported material, analyzes the conditions of work of scraper chain of machine SCK 2,5 / 13x18. In the next section are assessed designs of drive of tumbler shaft of the stockyard machine. Conceptual design of drive already contains besides the calculations also the imposition of the drive shaft of tumbler to gear box. Based on the output drive shaft speed is processed the running of velocity and acceleration of tumbler.
