Návrh vhodné strategie rozvoje podniku

Abstract

V této diplomové práci je zpracováno téma Návrh vhodné strategie rozvoje podniku. Cílem je zhodnotit činnost společnosti pomocí vybraných analýz a navrhnout strategické kroky dalšího vývoje. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na oblast podnikání a členění podniků v České republice. Zaměřila jsem se také na charakteristiky managementu a popis managementu strategického, osobnost manažera, osobnost podnikatele a úlohu analýz. Závěr teoretické části je věnován kapitole potenciálních podnikových krizí. Na tuto teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které jsem zpracovala vybraný podnik. Vymezila jsem předmět podnikání, systém provozu a odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí. Vypracovala jsem finanční analýzu, SWOT analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil a analýzu PEST. Po provedení analýz je uvedeno mé zhodnocení organizace včetně návrhu budoucí strategie podniku.

The topic A Development Strategy Proposal is processed in this thesis. The purpose is the evaluation of corporate activities by analysis and some proposals strategic actions for the future development. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on business area and breakdown of enterprises in the Czech Republic. I also focused on management characteristics and description of the strategic management, manager, entrepreneur and role of analysis. End of the theoretical part includes chapter on potential business crisis. The theoretical part continues by the practical part in which I work out my chosen enterprise. I define the business object, the system of business and sector of enterprise. I make a financial analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces and the PEST analysis. After analyzing I present my evaluation of the organization, including a development the future strategy proposal.
