Optimalizace provozu tunelového pastéru

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the optimization of the tunnel pasteurizer operation. The introductory theoretical part presents a comprehensive solution to the problem of beer pasteurization, associated with the needed temperatures compliance. The next part of thesis therefore deals with the division of cooling circuits and cooling towers. The practical part describes the current technology of the tunnel pasteurizer and evaluates the consumption of its operating media. Part of the work is also the analysis of data obtained from the measurement of temperatures and flows of warm wastewater at the pas-teurizer output. Subsequently the work presents proposals for solutions to save water amount and dis-sipated heat. Finally, a list of needed investment items of selected solution concepts is compiled. The appendices contain data provided by the device operator and data obtained from measurements to-gether with analysis of this data. The appendices also include calculations with the possibility of chang-ing the input parameters.
