Systém odměňování dělnických pozic ve vybrané akciové společnosti

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the remuneration system of blue-collar positions in the joint stock company ArcelorMittal Ostrava. Based on theoretical assumptions was proposed a new system of payroll allocation, evaluation and remuneration of employees working in the blue-collar profession for the selected plant in company. The main task of this new system is to set up fair and transparent evaluation and remuneration of employees.
