Abstract
The master thesis deals with the proposal supplement the heat source, boiler room with hot water boilers 110/70 °C, suitable cegeneration unit. The theoterical part describes the concepts of electrical and thermal energy and what is meant by cogeneration, Also described are various types of cogeneration units and their possible use. In the practical part, the current state of the unnamed industrial enterprise is evaluated on the basis of acquired data. Following the eaaluation, two cogeneration units are proposed, one of which is complemented by the proposed heat accumulator. In the thesis the calculation of the heat balance of the idealized cirrculation of the combustion engine of the cogeneration unit and the design of the flue-water exchanger is made. The annex of the thesis contains a drawing of a heat exchanger and a heat accumulator.
