My thesis presented here deals with innovation production axles for Railway Wheelset. At present the early history of the production of axles in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s.. Also describe the history production of Railway Vehicles, the main parts, materials used to production the drive and conventional axles. I also mention operations in the production of axles for Railway Wheelset do not bind directly to the machining, describing the initial machining operations with the introduction of the original machines, tools and fixtures, and new technological equipment that I use when upgrading of production. New technological equipment I chose the Czech companies, which production the machines. I for these new machines I designed new tools I mention and cutting conditions. In conclusion I compare new and original technology and evaluate the technical - economic indicators in the introduction of new production technology axles for Railway Wheelset into practice.
