Optimalizace procesu změnového řízení v podniku Siemens Elektromotory, s.r.o.

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the problems of changing direct process within the scope of production technology. There is a current method of solving process described in this thesis with detailed function description and responsibility of individual department which works on this process. Subsequently the disadvantages of the current system are described. Based upon the description of the current state several possible solution alternatives have been proposed. One of the proposed solutions has been chosen and it is described in greater detail in the second part hereof. The dissertation is concluded with an essay describing possible utilization of the solution proposed, including the advantages originating from it.
