Vysokorychlostní nástřik plamenem (HVOF) vrstev na bázi WC-Co

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the porosity of the HVOF coating on the basis of WC-Co. The theoretical part describes the principle of thermal spray technology, its use and a summary of its advantages and disadvantages. Most of the theoretical part focuses on HVOF spraying technology and WC-Co-based additive materials. In the experimental part, an experiment is performed to verify the porosity of the WC-Co-based coatings made by HVOF technology. The measured values are compared with the available literature and the results are discussed.
