Návrh lanového výtahu nosnosti 600 kg

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním reakcí a napětí v rámu výtahu o nosnosti 600 kg. V úvodu se věnuji vývoji vertikální přepravy. Poté se věnuji popisu jednotlivých druhů rámu s odůvodněním proč zrovna byla použita tato varianta počítaného rámu. V další části se zaměřuju na výpočet napětí v nejvíce zatíženém svislém tahu a šikmé výztuze. Po té zjišťuji napětí univerzálního nosníku při dosednutí na nárazník a při přenášení sil do závěsu lan. Z výsledků navrhuji konstrukční úpravy nosníku uvedené na výkresu v příloze bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis is going to discuss the detection of reactions and tensions in the frame with the lift capacity of 600 kg. In the beginning I devote to the development of vertical transport. Then I describe the various types of frame with the reasons why this option of calculated frame was used. In the next part I Focuse on the calculation of stresses in the most loaded vertical and diagonal tension reinforcement. After that I am looking for a tension in universal beam when it hit on the bumper and when it transmitting forces to the suspension ropes. From the results I designing structural modificatons of the beam mentioned on the drawing in appendix of this bachelor thesis.
