Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of selected active employment policy by Labour Office of the Czech Republic - regional branch offices in Ostrava in the years 2010 - 2014 based on usage analysis of individual instruments. The Author is working with specific data that were provided by the Employment Office of the Czech Republic regional branch offices in Ostrava. Furthermore, a comparison of the use of selected tools with five districts in the Czech Republic, which continues to forecast labor market developments and possible recommendations. The thesis also contains taxation and accounting aspects associated with drawing contributions and employment people, which are registered as a job seekers.
