Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused to analyze appraisal system in chosen organization. The chosen organization was Manutan Ltd. This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses appraisal system based on an expert literature. It describes factors which influence this system and the methods of appraisal system. In the practical part there are characteristics of the organization and the subsequent analysis of the appraisal system in the organization. The analysis was based on a questionnaire survey and interviews with business manager and internal company documents provided to the diploma thesis. The final part is devoted to proposals and recommendations that result from the analysis of the appraisal system in the company Manutan Ltd., which aim to improve the system.
